What you need to have?

  •  High level of verbal and written communication skills

  •  Great work ethic, organized and punctual

 

What you will do?

  •  Responsible in doing outgoing and incoming customer service calls
  •  Provide the ultimate customer service experience guided by the company’s core values of Intelligence,  Innovation and Integrity
  •  Ensure all transactions are recorded properly on the system
  •  Thorough analyzation of data in processing reports
  •  Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results needed
